Pet Policy
Nonrefundable fees per pet:
$200 prior to entry & $20/month

No unapproved pets, pet sitting, fostering or temporary pets.
Animals must be in good health and altered prior to entry.
Resident(s) agree to follow all pet rules & regulations.

Cats must be declawed in carpeted spaces.
Small, well-behaved, adult dog considered case-by-case.
Other stipulations apply.

Dogs: not allowed:

If under a year old or over 25 pounds,

If not 100% housebroken or if uses potty/training pads,

If displays aggressive, disturbing or destructive behavior,

If part/full aggressive breed in bloodline.
