Confirm availability for your move date.

Submit an application.

Fill out completely (a completely separate application for each applicant and cosigner).

Sign everywhere indicated (not just your typed name).

Submit (email preferred).
4.
Pay the holding deposit and all application fees to complete the reservation via Zelle (preferred) or cash.

5.
Pay any outstanding deposits or fees at approval.
Typically processing time is about 24 hours.
